We are looking for an expert to manage and maintain our Kronos system. If you are passionate about leveraging technology to create efficiency in HR processes, then this is the role for you. You will be accountable for proactive analysis, configuration, testing, and implementation for our Kronos timekeeping system. You will also work closely with the Payroll department to provide training and end-user support.    

What you’ll do:

  • Implement, manage and maintain Kronos
  • Confirm accuracy and integrity of large volumes of timekeeping data
  • Support the Kronos auditors and end-users
  • Provide day to day support of the Kronos tool
  • Partner with Payroll, IS and other key stakeholders on enhancements and defect resolution

What you’ll have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, computer science, management information systems or related field required
  • Minimum of 3 years of analyst experience (e.g. proficient in report writing, advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Access)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • HRIS experience preferred
  • Reporting experience and SQL knowledge preferred
