Paid Time Off (PTO)
Accrual rates vary; you’ll begin earning paid time off immediately upon employment. Many team members earn 23 days of PTO in their first year.

Medical Insurance

An HDHP plan with access to a Health Savings Account (with generous company contributions) and Copay plan are both offered, providing choice and flexibility to team members. Premiums range from $0 (yes, $0!) to $453 per pay period for full-time team members, depending on the plan chosen and number of dependents covered.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Depending on the account chosen, pre-tax money can be used for medical, dental, vision, or dependent care expenses.

 

Dental Insurance

A core plan and an enhanced plan with orthodontia coverage are offered. Plans start as low as $7.60 per pay period; all plans cost less than $43 per pay period depending on the plan chosen and number of dependents covered. 
 

Defined Contribution Retirement Plan

CentraCare contributes to this retirement plan for you after the first year of employment in which you work 1,000 hours.
 

401(k) Retirement Plan With Match

CentraCare matches your first 6% contributed by 50%. This match begins after one year and 1,000 hours of work.
 

Basic Life  and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

All employees receive a life insurance policy that is provided at no cost to the employee. Through this plan, your beneficiary is eligible for an insurance benefit equal to your base salary, rounded up to the next $1,000 (minimum $10,000 and maximum $600,000).
