HRA and HSA medical plans are offered, each with its own savings or reimbursement account with company-provided contributions. Premiums range from $43 to $273.25 per pay period for full-time employees, depending on the plan chosen and dependents covered.
Flexible Spending Account
Pre-tax money that can be used for medical or dependent care expenses.
A core plan and an enhanced plan with orthodontia coverage are offered. Plans start as low as $7.25 per pay period; all plans cost less than $41 per pay period depending on the plan chosen and dependents covered.
CentraCare contributes to this retirement plan for you after the first year of employment in which you work 1,000 hours.
Employer match begins after one year and 1,000 hours of work.
All employees receive a life insurance policy that is provided at no cost to the employee. Through this plan, your beneficiary is eligible for an insurance benefit equal to your base salary, rounded up to the next $1,000 (minimum $10,000 and maximum $200,000).
