Our Commitment

At CentraCare all are welcome. We treat and hire people of various backgrounds, cultures, and ethnicities. Our staff is a reflection of our communities and we are proud of our diversity. We are committed to serving every person with respect toward their personal values and beliefs.

We recognize that to be able to live our mission, our workforce needs to reflect the diversity of the communities that we serve. Diversity and inclusion enable us to deliver high-quality care, improve the patient experience, and be a great place to work.

Our goal is to create and maintain an inclusive environment where all employees, patients, and patient's family members, physicians, volunteers, and business partners are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, marital status or veteran status.
