Long Prairie Facilities


Long Prairie is proud to offer care through our outpatient rural clinic, a Critical Access Hospital, and a modern Wellness Center—all housed in a state-of-the-art facility built in 2017. Our campus also includes Vitality Wellness, a unique resource offering programs and services to help our community live healthier, happier lives.

We also have a small specialty clinic in Little Falls, about 30 minutes east of Long Prairie.

Nurses, EMTs, paramedics, patient access assistants, nursing assistants, physical therapist assistants and physical therapists are the most popular jobs in Long Prairie, and we have plenty of other jobs, especially in allied health; rad techs, medical lab technicians, surg techs and so many more contribute to our small but mighty team of around 200 employees.
