Interviewing Resources
The interview is your time to shine. Be ready to talk about what you’ve done, how you helped, and what you learned.

It’s also a great way to show your communication skills by being clear, confident, and genuine.
Feel free to bring copies of your resume and a list of questions to ask (with a pen), if anything is needed, we will inform you at the point of scheduling an interview.
Be Prepared

  • Provide Examples: Always be ready to share specific examples of the skills you possess and how they can benefit the organization.

  • Promote Yourself: During an interview, you'll be able to show off your skills—share examples like achievements or talents that make you different from other candidates. Write down the 4-5 most important points or highlights you want the interviewer to remember, then make sure to mention these points in your conversation.

  • Research the Employer: The more you know about the company, the better you will be able to explain how you can fit in and how your talents can be used. Researching the employer can help you customize your resume, prepare for an interview, and clarify how you can apply your skills in a new career field.
